What To Do
- Pound the chicken breasts flat.
- Next, cover 1/2 of each chicken breast with stuffing. Fold the chicken over and use a toothpick to hold it in place. (My daughter suggested putting a little slice of swiss cheese inside the breast with the stuffing next time—brilliant!)
- Once you have stuffed all of the chicken breasts, place them in a 9 x 13 baking pan prepared with cooking spray.
- Next, to make the sauce, mix cream of mushroom soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and milk in a bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the sauce over the stuffing-stuffed chicken breasts.
- Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour or until bubbly and the chicken is cooked all the way through.
