Whenever fall rolls around, you know pumpkin spice season is here! This pumpkin milkshake recipe with pumpkin pie spice is one of my favorite recipes to enjoy that delicious pumpkin spice flavor!

This creamy pumpkin spice milkshake recipe is the perfect fall treat and so quick to make! It is spiced with the perfect blend of pumpkin, ice cream, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and cloves.

If you put the milkshake in a cute milkshake glass with a whipped cream and nutmeg as garnish and it makes it fancy enough to serve to guests! Your family will love this pumpkin spice milkshake!

Pumpkin Milkshake Recipe Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of crushed ice

4 cups of vanilla ice cream

2/3 cup of pureed pumpkin

1/2 cup of milk

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

*Nutmeg to sprinkle on as garnish*

Pumpkin Milkshake Recipe Directions:

Place crushed ice in the blender and blend until finely crushed.

Add the ice cream, pureed pumpkin, milk, and pumpkin pie spice.

Blend until smooth. You may need to pause the blender and use a silicone spoon to move ingredients around periodically.

Pour into a cute milkshake glass.

Add a dollop of whipped cream on top (I like to use the pressurized whipped cream in a can because it looks cuter!).

Sprinkle a little bit of nutmeg on top and add a straw.

Voila! You have a delicious pumpkin spice milkshake!
